I host a number of retreats and group workshops.
Previous retreats and groups have included the True Nature. True Self retreat series that paired the art of Forest Bathing with life coaching. Or The Artist’s Way Creativity Cluster to find the artist (or rockstar) within! Or with my band, Gin, Chocolate and Bottle Rockets “The“Living in Harmony: A Music and Mindfulness Retreat”, which allows you to unplug for a weekend and connect with a supportive community.
